Some people perceive Project Controls as expensive data entry clerks that just provides reems of data after data after data. Combine this with a fast-moving digital world with the introduction of new technologies into Project Controls solutions that allows us to obtain, produce, analyze and present more effectively, how do we prevent that perception growing?
In this presentation we will look at how the human can work in harmony with the machine (technology) to add value.
What can the person do to provide the necessary context behind the data and ensure that the data is good?
