Rajesh Sake is a construction professional with more than 17 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost controls, delay analysis, forensic analysis, claims, and risk analysis. Rajesh has been associated with MCSS for 9 years and is currently working as Acting Project Controls Director for MTA on the East Side Access Project. Rajesh has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from TEXAS A&M University, College Station. He is also a PMI-certified Project Management Professional. Rajesh believes, “Great things are often built on a simple concept, and so is scheduling. The challenge lies in applying it to complex projects without compromising the simplicity.” Rajesh is passionate about teaching and has trained more than 100 professionals including project engineers, field engineers, fresh recruits, graduate students, and project managers. He works as an adjunct faculty with NJIT’s executive education department on as needed basis. “I was fortunate to have been mentored by great minds in Project Controls and Management all through my career. This training is a way for me to pay it forward.”
