The WELL Mind concept promotes mental health through policy, program and design strategies that seek to address the diverse factors that influence cognitive and emotional well-being. Through this course, you will understand the 11 features under the Mind concept as it relates to the WELL Building Standard v2 and learn strategies in the context of a real project.
Mental health is a state of well-being, in which we are able to live to our fullest potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and contribute to our communities where we live. Mental health is a fundamental component of human health across all stages of life and is vital for the physical and social well-being of all individuals, communities and societies.
